CHEF RICHARD SANDOVAL

Chef Richard Sandoval, a pioneer in contemporary Latin cuisine, blends Latin ingredients with modern techniques across 60 locations on four continents. His career includes roles as a restaurateur, entrepreneur, TV personality, cookbook author, brand ambassador, and philanthropist.

A Culinary Institute of America graduate, Sandoval has earned accolades like Mexico’s “National Toque d’Oro,” Bon Appetit’s “Restaurateur of the Year,” and a James Beard Semi-Finalist for “Outstanding Restaurateur.” He has introduced Latin cuisine to the UAE, Qatar, and Serbia, with features in The New York Times and People.
